PROJECT ARCHITECT
Five (5) years commercial building design/production experience. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Successful candidate must have excellent people skills for one-on-one client interaction as well as practical field experience.
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Electrical Engineer with 5-10 years experience in electrical design of projects from initial concept through construction documents to building completion; including drawings, specifications, and design narratives. BSEE required; an EIT or PE preferred. Must have electrical building design, power distribution and lighting design experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2000 or higher is a plus. Proven leadership and team management skills a plus.
ELECTRICAL DESIGNER
Must have 8-years experience in the design of power distribution; power and lighting branch circulating and load calculations; field surveys; construction punchlists. Proficient in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Must be able to establish priorities and work independently.
CIVIL ENGINEERING EIT/EI
Entry-Level Civil Engineering EIT/EI with 0-2 years experience in civil design. BSCE required. Familiar with codes, standards, design, and proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER/EIT
Structural Engineer (PE) with 5+ years experience. Will consider Engineering Intern with 2+ years design experience. Civil Engineering Degree with emphasis in Structural required. Must be familiar with structural codes, standards, and design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, RAM, and/or STAAD.
ARCHITECTURAL SPECIFIER
Seeking an individual with experience in Architectural and Engineering Design
– Project Manual production. Candidates should have 5 years minimum experience
in preparation of specifications. Requires strong technical skills in architecture
and building construction; interpersonal, computer, and verbal communication
skills. Experience with MasterFormat, SpecsIntact, or SpecLink a plus. CSI membership
and CCS certification required. Architectural degree and registration a plus.
