Dan joined Cromwell Architects Engineers as an intern at 19 years old, and now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, managing financial and business operations for the company. Dan is an accomplished design architect with a personal interest in urban, adaptive reuse, and campus projects. He has been actively involved in numerous urban projects and is heavily involved in the redevelopment and preservation of historic downtown areas in Central Arkansas. During his tenure at Cromwell, he has instituted various programs and initiatives that strengthen the balance between Design, Project Management, and Business Management, providing a symmetry that is so integral to a building services company.

He is a graduate of the Leadership Greater Little Rock and Leadership Arkansas programs sponsored by respective chambers of commerce.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and painting.

What excites you about your work?

I'm passionate about serving all of a building owner's needs — not just the design. I'm most excited that I am involved with so many different people involved in all aspects of a building's life.
