This design build project is comprised of three buildings. The main Army Reserve Center (ARC) building is located on one site and a pair of Maintenance and Storage buildings are at a second location. The ARC is, at the time of construction, the largest reserve center in the Army Reserve System. The building was designed to not only house full time reservist but provide space and facilities for weekend duty operations. Functions within the building include permanent offices, flexible open office environment for multiple tasks, classrooms, training rooms, unit storage space, band rehearsal area, weapons simulator and a large assembly hall for gathering of large functions. Supporting services include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements, and utilities. Major systems include mechanical, plumbing, security, communications and electrical systems.

  • The ARC/Training facility is a 164,409 SF administration building.
  • The OMS facility is 17,989 SF and will be used for maintenance of equipment and tactical vehicles.
  • The Unheated storage building is 3,233 SF and will be used primarily for storage of equipment.
