"My object is a family cookbook that contains handwritten recipes from various family members dating back to both of my great grandmothers. It is precious to me as it includes timeless family recipes that could never be replaced. Cooking with recipes from the book brings back many memories of joyous times in the kitchen with my family preparing delicious meals and desserts."

What are you most passionate about professionally? What most excites you about your work and the contribution you can make?

I am very passionate about climate change and the effected environmental dynamics, which is why I love my position in Facility Services. We strive to ensure that facilities are operating as efficiently as possible, thus saving money and also reducing carbon footprint.

What was the last picture you took with your phone?

My grandmother's barn. We took one of the wooden doors and plan on converting it into a table. We took a picture before taking the door off so we would have a keepsake.

What was the last thing you binge watched?

Fixer Upper on HGTV

What was your first job?

Cashier at Sigler Music Center

What did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was five I wanted to be a mermaid.

What is your weirdest quirk?

I have a fear of driving on bridges over open water. Most bridges in America are structurally deficient and I don't want to be on one when an earthquake hits.

The activity I've never done but want to is:

Witness the Aurora Borealis.

What is the best dish you can cook?

I wouldn't classify it as a dish, but my guacamole is better than most "live guac" appetizers offered at restaurants. You'd think they would know to add more spices than just salt?

What would the title of you autobiography be?

Inside the Mind of a Person with AD...Oh Look! A Butterfly!
