New LEED Accredited Professionals

Cynthia Hawkins, ASID and Cynthia Toney, CSI, CDT - Pass LEED Accredited Professional Exam
Cromwell Architects Engineers announces two new Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professionals. Cynthia Hawkins is Director of Interior Design and a Principal of Cromwell. Cynthia Toney is a specification writer at Cromwell and President of the Little Rock CSI Chapter. Ms. Hawkins and Ms. Toney have demonstrated a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles and the LEED Rating System.
Cromwell now has 20 LEED APs. Cromwell was responsible for the first LEED Certified building in Arkansas and has been involved with other notable green buildings including Heifer International Headquarters and the William J. Clinton Presidential Center. Cromwell has been involved in 5 LEED projects that have achieved certification in Arkansas, with goals ranging from “Certified” to “Platinum”. We are currently working on over 20 other projects that are seeking LEED certification, both in Arkansas and across the nation.
