This project is a renovation of a historic building at 615 Main Street in downtown Little Rock. It was originally designed by Charles L. Thompson, one of Cromwell's founders, for the Arkansas Democrat for use as its operating facility. Over time, the building has changed hands and the historic façade was covered with a "modern" stucco overlay. Recent investigation revealed the original façade was largely intact. This allowed the building to be listed on the National Historic Register and made it eligible for state and federal tax credits. The façade is currently being restored to its original design/condition and the interior converted into retail and apartments. The existing structure has some deterioration due to roof leaks that was investigated and will be corrected as part of the renovation.

As of January 2017, the lofts have been completed and leased and Three Fold Noodle and Dumpling Company will be moving to the first floor in August of 2017. The project was the recipient of a 2017 Preserve Arkansas Award for Excellence in Preservation through Rehabilitation.
