CROMWELL has conducted significant research into the design of corporate headquarters facilities, including site visits to major corporate facilities throughout the nation. The knowledge and experience gained from this has been applied in designs for our corporate clients. For most of these clients, we have executed two or more assignments: one as many as eight. We think these clients assign their design work to us because we meet our schedules, stay within prescribed budget, and produce quality designs that are efficient and functional. In addition to corporate headquarters, we have designed numerous multi-tenant office buildings, incorporating flexible designs that can meet the varying requirements of the building users.
