Beverly Enterprises Corporate Center

Beverly's operations were consolidated from 26 existing locations to the new
corporate headquarters. The facility is a 5 story, 318,000 SF building on a
60 acre site, atop George Mountain in Ft. Smith. The site is masterplanned
to accommodate a total of 600,000 SF and parking for 3,000 employees. The first
phase contains space for growth to 1,200 employees. The building contains corporate
offices, home office departments, computer data center with UPS and standby
generators, cafeteria/dining center, conference center with video conferencing
capability, prewired workstations, mail distribution center, fitness center
and central plant. The project includes all site work, landscaping and utilities
required to support the building.
