 Corporate - (Back to Menu)Victory Building and Parking Deck Designed to be the "perfect people place" in the heart of downtown Little Rock, the new building stretches for over two blocks along Capitol Avenue, spanning over Victory Street. The four-story office building of approximately 282,500 square feet sits atop 120-vehicle secure parking fronted by retail and restaurant space. The building’s design, a limestone finished concrete columned facade rising from a terraced base, is compatible with the adjacent International Style AEGON Building and the classical State Capitol. The lobby features a dramatic four-story skylit atrium, with a full height grand staircase in the atrium. Ample parking is provided by a multi-level 1,000-car parking deck featuring a landscaped courtyard garden. The garage is connected to the building by a graceful arched pedestrian bridge. |
