 CorrectionalCROMWELL'S most recent experience in the design of correctional facilities is in the newly evolving trend of privatized correctional facilities. State-of-the art electronic security and detention controls are an essential element of the design, both in conventional and direct supervision management methods. Two of our recent projects were designed to meet requirements of the unique "Durant Decree", in addition to all ACA standards and the Uniform Building Code. Our team of detention design professionals is also well versed in the Design-Build method of building procurement. We produce projects within very tight schedules using the "fast-track" approach, allowing our construction team members to begin on-site work well before complete design packages could be available.
