Vehicle Maintenance Facility and ASE Complex
Little Rock Air Force Base, AR

The objective of this project was to construct a new vehicle maintenance /ASE complex for the 189th Airlift Wing (21,300 total SF). The facility provides 7,800 SF for the administration and maintenance service areas for government owned vehicles assigned to the installation. These include cars, trucks, vans and refueling vehicles. The facility also contains offices, classroom, tool storage and parts issue area, shop area, vehicle repair, 1,500 SF refueling vehicle maintenance area, vehicle dispatch, battery shop and fuel dispensing system. The project also included a 6,000 SF vehicle parking shed. 4,800 SF of the ASE shop was altered, and 1,200 SF was new construction.

Received the Merit Award for the Air National Guard Design Awards Program.
