Commissary and Exchange, North Island Naval Air Station

This design build project is for a new 150,000 SF commissary and exchange retail
mall. The commissary includes sales and checkout areas, cold storage, 
meat
and produce processing, bakery and deli, staging and receiving area, and a dry
storage warehouse. The retail mall includes a Flower Shop, Optical Shop, Camera
Shop, Beauty Shop, Barber Shop, Dry Cleaners/Tailor, Fine Jewelry, Book Shop,
Communication Center and a Food Court. The Main Exchange sales area is a full
Department Store. The design is in keeping with area architectural design of
the southern California mission style and incorporates many energy efficient
features.
