This project is a 46,600 SF clinic devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of
cardiovascular disease. The new building consolidates operations from several
diagnostic centers across the city and is located on a 6.3 acre site in west
Little Rock. There is space on site for a 12,000 SF building expansion in the
future.
The main level is 27,700 SF and includes: 
Atrium entry lobby and waiting area
6 practice pods that humanize the scale of the large clinic, with separate
waiting areas and patient check-in area. Each pod accommodates 2 doctors, with
each doctor having access to 3 exam rooms.

5 treadmill/echo rooms
