practice. The common two-story lobby space includes a shared main entry and
reception area. The 28,800 SF first floor contains clinical space for seven
doctors to see 
patients
simultaneously in self-contained practice pods. Each pod contains patient waiting
and check-in, 4 exam rooms, 1 procedure room and nurses station. The lab/diagnostic
facilities are shared by all physicians. The second floor contains physicians'
offices, lounge/meeting room, conference room and administration offices.
