San Ramon Ambulatory Surgery Center

This 32,000 SF two story free standing ambulatory surgery center (ASC) also contains 16,000 SF on the second floor devoted to physicians practices. Very stringent design ordinances and environmental requirements for the project were met by recessing the building into the hillside. This was the only way that the surrounding neighbors would accept additional development on the hospital campus. The ASC consists of four ORs, two endoscopy suites, minor treatment rooms and a laser procedure room. All associated support services are also included. The surgery center is one of the most well known facilities for arthroscopic procedures in the San Francisco Bay area.
