University of Arkansas at Little Rock Student Housing
Little Rock, AR
This project involves the master plan of 1,000 apartment-style housing units
at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Currently in design development,
two 4-story buildings boast 326 apartment units. Each apartment unit is either
two or four bedrooms with a common kitchen/living/dining area. In addition to
the apartment structures, this project includes a centrally located commons
building with housing administrative offices, game room, mail room, computer
room, great room, and study areas.
