Expertise in housing includes single-family subdivisions, low- and high-rise apartments, condominiums, hotel and resort facilities. Recently, Cromwell has designed housing units for the Department of Defense at two military installations. These facilities have four-plexes and duplexes in a neighborhood setting. The projects include storage units, carports, basketball courts, playgrounds, jogging trails, streets and landscaping. One of these projects, designed for energy efficiency, uses ground source heat pumps for climate control.
