The 435,000 SF headquarters complex includes corporate offices, R & D labs, employee cafeteria, a manufacturing & packaging plant and distribution warehouse that ships products worldwide. An important requirement was having underfloor supply of raw materials and utilities instead of overhead supply so that the large crane bays would remain unobstructed to reduce die changing times at injection molding machines. The plant features an innovative solution for feeding raw materials to the machine floor through 1,600 feet of underfloor tunnels.
