Assembly and maintenance plant and warehouse (270,000 SF) for heavy gas pipeline valves. Tilt-up concrete and steel construction. Project included paving, storm drainage, and site utilities. Facility features truck aprons, open storage apron for bulk raw materials, maintenance shop, tooling supply, painting booths, overhead bridge cranges, testing pits, fire protection, and 30,000 SF administrative office area.
