Rank Video Manufacturing Facility
North Little Rock, Arkansas
This new video manufacturing and storage facility covers 725,000 SF and is
designed to be expandable to 1,000,000 SF. It includes a sterile production
area and a mezzanine that contains administrative offices. The building is tilt-up
concrete construction with metal wall panels and a single -ply roof. The main
entrance to the building features large abstract forms which resemble video
cassette tapes.
After completion of the first phase, a 470,000 SF addition was constructed which includes an expansion of the production area and new warehouse, storage and packaging areas.
