Master Planning
Good master planning is more than good design. It is the resolution of complex problems in the built environment with the application of the widest range of technical and aesthetic skills. A master plan must be responsive to economic, real property, and engineering determinants, as well as the architectural determinants of future growth. The master plan must balance and consider the cost impact of the plan, and allow for possible phasing so that work done today becomes a stable base for tomorrow's changing needs. The firm has a proven record of planning for medical, corporate, educational, recreational, and industrial development; and in a significant number of commissions, continues into implementation as Architect of Record.
