This project converted the 12,200 SF building from approximately 30% SCIF to 85% SCIF. Work included exterior renovations such as replacing the roof and doors. Interior renovations included removing walls to create an optimal floor plan, enlarging the existing server room, installing raised floor system, and updating interior finishes. Fire protection systems, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems were also updated and reconfigured as needed. This $2.7M project is LEED Silver Certified.
