The $7.6M project includes primarily mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical upgrades with minor architectural work to the interior of the store. The newly renovated 75,584 SF store includes a refurbished sales area with all new refrigerated cases for frozen food, produce, meat and dairy. New HVAC systems were installed on the roof, requiring that structural enhancements be added to the roof system to support the new loads. The store was converted to gas, saving money on annual energy costs. A new transformer and main distribution panel are included as a part of this project.
