The project consist of all services necessary in the preparation of design documents, including plans, specifications, supporting design analysis, design narrative, cost estimates, etc. to construct a consolidated health clinic (27,699 GSF) to provide primary and ancillary care serving active duty troops and family members at Fort Benning, GA. The facility will be constructed of reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab with exterior appearance to be compliant with base architectural standards. This project provides primary care, aviation medicine, physical therapy , pharmacy, radiology, pathology, support services, connection to existing energy management control systems (EMCS), and all required utilities. Demolition of three existing outlying buildings and associated pavements at proposed site is included. The clinic will serve about 37,000 visitors each year, providing x-ray, audio testing and physical therapy facilities never available before.
