Most clients would say that I am approachable. Being able to communicate with clients and making them feel comfortable about the decisions we make for their space helps to give them peace of mind and excitment about their project.

Being able to transform a place by changing the built environment is always exciting. Putting a little extra thought into what a space can be and getting creative with design solutions can truly take a project from being good to great! Having great buildings and spaces that are aesthetically pleasing and contribute to society is what excites me about my work.

What was your first job?

I was a facilities employee at a power line construction company just outside of Portland, Oregon. While I worked there I cut the grass, power washed equipment, and cleaned the shop.

What did you want to be when you grew up?


What is your favorite local place to take visiting friends or relatives?

Visiting the Big Dam Bridge for an activity or a good, local restaurant like The Root is always fun.
