The project is located at K-16 in Seoul, South Korea. The goal of this project is to convert B-202 to a commissary. The building is a Korean war era CMU building with a wood truss roof structure. The building was renovated and expanded in 1983, and has been abandoned for the last 2 years. There is a light gage metal pavilion structure and a 12 ft x 12 ft freezer box on the south side of the building

The project includes 1,106 SM (11,904 SF) in alterations to a single story building to convert it to a Commissary consisting of Sales, Non-perishable and Refrigerated Food Storage, Food Processing and Administrative Areas. The primary function of the facility is to provide sales and processing of miscellaneous commodities and grocery items for the military community of the installation. Sales and administrative areas shall be air-conditioned. The project also includes work at the building entrance area and the construction of additional parking.
