745,000 SF

Martin Army Community Hospital

The purpose of this project was to refurbish designated patient and public restrooms on the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th floors of Martin Army Community Hospital. The renovation included the replacement of existing plumbing and electrical fixtures in 61 restrooms. The architectural design also addressed the repair of 745,000 SF of wall finishes associated with the removal and replacement of mechanical induction units in 112 patient rooms throughout the facility. In conjunction with the replacement of the existing induction units, the electrical service is being expanded to support the additional electrical loads of the new fan coil units and to provide for future additional electrical needs.
