Noble 301 Apprenticeship

Through a partnership with Noble Impact and eSTEM Public Charter High School, Cromwell is proud to be a founding sponsor of the Noble 301 Apprenticeship, a year- long curriculum designed for high school seniors challenging them to pursue their interest in relation to a specific career field.   Certified by the Department of Career Education, Noble 301 serves as an innovative model to connect the classroom to the community through relevant relationships that build competencies in for-profit or non-profit sectors.

Cromwell is providing two high school students a chance to gain real-world experience through architectural apprenticeships.  As part of the apprenticeship, Hannah Gray and Erin Stalcup are blogging their experiences from sorting through our historical archived drawings to the research and design of container homes.
