"If I had to pick a random object to represent me, it would be an arrow — in order to hit your mark, you have to be true and consistent. Plus, I just enjoy archery."

Robert Bateman, CCCA

Director, Construction Administration

(501) 400-1050

After graduating with a degree in Engineering, Robert started working for Cromwell in 1994 and is currently a principal of the firm and the director of the firm’s Construction Administration Department. As a certified construction contract administrator, he has the privilege to manage the construction phase of projects, along with opportunities of intervention concerning difference of opinions which can occasionally arise on projects. He is also the resident roofing expert for the firm. Robert’s experience in roofing and construction-related issues has included him in projects across the U.S. and overseas.

Robert was born and raised in a farming community along the southeast part of LA ("Lower Arkansas," that is). He and his wife, Tammy, enjoy being active in their local church. Tammy is a licensed Dental Hygienist, graduating from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Dental Hygiene, and practices her profession here in Little Rock, Arkansas. They have two sons, which like their father, enjoy sports and anything to do with the outdoors. Robert’s spare time pretty much is consumed by the boys’ activities, but he occasionally gets to partake in archery, cycling and the woodlands of Arkansas.
