It's a constant reminder of his trust in me, but it's also a reminder of an earlier time when we actually preserved food in ice boxes. What's one problem you're best at solving for your clients? 

Complex HVAC operational issues. When I really identify deep, long-standing issues, the comments from my customers are always good. It is why I like site surveys and retro-commissioning so much.
